RepurseAI ("we", "us") provides AI-powered content repurposing tools. This policy explains what we collect, how we process it, and your rights under GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and Google Consent Mode V2.

Content you submit is sent to our AI provider (Groq, llama-3.3-70b-versatile) solely to generate your requested outputs. We do not train models on your content, and inputs/outputs are not stored beyond what is needed to return your result to your browser. Do not submit PHI, PII, or confidential client data unless your jurisdiction permits AI processing.

We use Google AdSense to display ads. Google and its partners use cookies and identifiers to serve ads based on your prior visits to our site and other sites. This includes personalized advertising via the DoubleClick DART cookie. You can opt out at google.com/settings/ads or aboutads.info. See our Ad Choices page.

We implement Google Consent Mode V2 with the following signals: ad_storage,ad_user_data, ad_personalization, and analytics_storage. EEA, UK, and Swiss visitors see a consent banner before non-essential cookies fire. Your choices are stored locally and respected across sessions.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to processing of your data. Our lawful bases are consent (advertising), contract (service delivery), and legitimate interest (security & analytics). Contact privacy@repurseai.com to exercise rights.

California residents may request access, deletion, correction, and opt-out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (including for cross-context behavioral advertising). Use the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link in the footer or email privacy@repurseai.com.
